Return Policy
Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: original as-shipped condition, with all original packaging, hangtags, and no signs of use (including pick scratches or buckle rash).
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Refunds & Restocking Fees
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, subject to the following deductions:
Standard Orders: A 3% restocking fee plus the actual cost of original outbound shipping.
Custom Orders: 15% restocking fee plus the actual cost of original outbound shipping.
Installment Plans: Orders placed via Shop Pay Installments, Affirm, or other financing providers are subject to a restocking fee equal to the non-refundable processing fee (currently 9.9%). These fees are retained by the payment provider and are not recoverable by Tune Up Guitars.
Return Shipping: The buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number. We recommend insuring the shipment for its full value.
International Orders: All international sales are final and cannot be returned. International shipments are not guaranteed; the buyer assumes all risk associated with the order. Any international taxes, duties, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Condition Issues: If an item is returned with signs of wear or missing packaging, Tune Up Guitars reserves the right to refuse the return or charge an increased restocking fee of up to 20%.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
